What Are Class Requirements?
All students must provide copies of the following: Maryland State Photo ID, High School Diploma or GED, and medical records or vaccination confirmations for HIV, Hepatitis, and COVID-19.
Healthcare professionals who are registering for our Two Week Continued Education Phlebotomy Workshop are also required to present proof of credentials prior to class start.

Are Payment Arrangement Offered?
Payment arrangements are available. Tuition must be paid in full no later than the first day of class. A $250 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration. Please email info@optimalphlebotomyclinic.com for more information.
What Covid-19 safety Precautions Are In Place?
Class sizes do not exceed 15 students at a time, providing for a superior learning experience while practicing COVID-19 safety precautions.
